Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a phone call with the owner of our company. We'll introduce ourselves, learn about your vision, discuss your project goals, and gather your contact information and any initial plans or inspiration.
On-Site Consultation
One of our dedicated sales representatives will contact you to schedule an in-person site visit. During this appointment, we'll take measurements, discuss your ideas in detail, answer questions, and determine whether a custom 3D design would benefit your project.
Design & Material Selection
Our team will begin creating your project design. We'll then meet with you again — along with one of our material specialists — to review the design, explore product options, and compare samples in person so you can confidently choose the finishes that best fit your vision.
Design Revisions
We'll make any adjustments or revisions requested until you're completely satisfied with the design, renderings, and overall project plan.
Project Approval
Once you're happy with the final design and proposal, we'll review the contract together. To reserve your place on our schedule, a signed agreement and a 35% deposit are required.
Scheduling & Construction
After the contract is finalized, we'll order all necessary materials and begin scheduling your project. Once everything is ready, our team will get to work bringing your vision to life.

Hardscape Questions
Sealing isn't required, but it helps protect color, resist stains, and lock joint sand in place. We recommend resealing every 2–3 years to keep pavers looking their best — and we can handle it for you.
Absolutely. Grading and elevation changes are one of our specialties. We use retaining walls, terracing, and proper base preparation to turn difficult slopes into usable, beautiful outdoor space.
Occasional settling can happen with any hardscape. Because pavers are installed individually over a compacted base, we can lift, re-level, and reset affected areas quickly — no need to tear out the whole patio.
